Hamstring mobility

1) Leg swings - 1min each direction with each leg

2) Ostrich walk - 20meters x 3 sets

3) Wushu bounce - 50reps on each leg x 3 sets

4) Calf stretch to calf raise - 10 reps x 3 sets

5) Jefferson curls - 10 reps with 10s hold at the bottom of last rep x 3 sets

6) Front splits - 1min on each leg x 3 sets

7) Middle splits - 1min x 3 sets
