What brings you joy?

Do you know what brings you joy in your life?

What small things, experiences, or activities make you feel happy all on your own?

Begin to incorporate one (or more!) of these things into your life each day.

When you are able to recognize and to embody all you have, it can give you the courage, confidence, and self-worth to ask for what you want and to demand the respect you deserve.

Some things that bring me joy are:

  • running in the forest/on trails

  • being upside down, learning new skills

  • exploring a new place, the stranger the better

  • getting stronger

  • spending time with people who I’m 100% comfortable with
